As expected with any consulting business, we often receieve questions regarding pricing, procedure, and other topics. Below are a few of the more common ones:

  • Q: I require your services. How do we go about setting that up?
  • A: Potential clients are welcome to contact us using any of the methods listed on the contact page. A free quote is then sent by email or over the phone, whichever you prefer. Once all prices are agreed upon, an appointment for service can be made for a convenient time. Although we don't like to, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

  • Q: Ok. We've made an appointment. What happens now?
  • A: Just mark your calendar! We will contact you to verify your appointment 30 minutes to an hour before your scheduled time.

  • Q: How much is this going to cost?
  • A: While prices for all services are based on a preset pricelist, ultimately they are negotiated at the time of agreement on the services required. Sometimes, additional services or other costs might be necessary to complete the task at hand. In those cases, we'll contact you for the final go-ahead. There are no surprise charges and we're always happy to clarify any charges on your bill.

  • Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
  • A: Cash or check only, please.

  • Q: Do you offer over-the-phone tech support?
  • A: At the moment, we offer free phone support for small questions. However, we are also working to implement remote support for both Mac and PC.
